We are always looking for volunteers from the community to serve on the various committees. If you would like to volunteer, please contact the appropriate committee chair or co-chairs below.

Amenities Committee

The goal of the Amenities Committee is to make sure the amenities of the community are preserved and available for the use of the homeowners. These amenities include the pool and poolhouse, the tennis court, the child playground, and other common areas.
Landscape Committee

The goal of the Landscaping Committee is improving value and homeowner satisfaction through beautification efforts and maintenance of the neighborhood. We monitor, research and recommend capital improvements, changes or additions, and maintenance of common areas. It also organizes community volunteer efforts when practical to complete projects. Neighbors are welcome and encouraged to share ideas for projects or improvements, volunteer for landscaping projects, or join the committee.

Neighborhood Watch/Security Committee

The goal of the Neighborhood Watch/Security Committee is to identify security issues associated with the community and serve as a liaison with the Brentwood Police and Fire Departments. The committee is also charged with organizing and maintaining the Neighborhood Watch effort.

Social Committee

The goal of the Social Committee is to plan community events and social gatherings of general interest to the members of the HOA.

Technology Committee

The goal of the Technology Committee is to support the public and private websites of the HOA, train the committees how to effectively use the public site, and to explore technology solutions for issues related to the community at large.

Architectural Review Committee

The goal of the Architectural Review Committee is to review and approve plans homeowners have to modify the public viewable areas of their property.

Legal/By-Laws Committee

The goal of the Legal/By-Laws Committee is to make recommendations to the Association on changes to the by-laws of the community.
